You may not remove any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices contained on such pages. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by WorkerSpring.

Rippllle, your account, or the User-Generated Material may be unavailable or limited for various reasons, and we shall not be liable to you for any such unavailability.

8. Your Account and Security

a. Creation of Account

To use Rippllle, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and certain personal information, including your name and the city where you are located. You may sign in using a one-time code sent to your email address or through a supported third-party sign-in service such as Google. You agree to keep your account information updated. WorkerSpring has the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these requirements and WorkerSpring reserves the right to refuse any and all current or future use of Rippllle. If you submit the personal information of any person other than yourself in using Rippllle, including by inviting someone to a Community, you warrant that you have that person's permission to provide us with that information. For details on how we handle this personal information, including Google user data, see the Privacy Policy.

b. Security of Account

Your account is secured by access to your email address and any third-party sign-in service you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that email account and those services. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account, including use of Rippllle by any person who uses your account, with or without your authorization. You agree to (i) never share a one-time sign-in code with anyone, (ii) immediately notify WorkerSpring of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or breach of security, and (iii) sign out of your account on shared devices. WorkerSpring will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or relating to your failure to comply with this Section.

9. Cancellation, Termination, and Expiration of Account

a. Termination of Account by You

You may delete your account at any time from within Rippllle or by providing written notice to WorkerSpring using any contact method in the "Contact Us" section of these Terms. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information and account data as described in the Privacy Policy, including any Google user data, subject to legal retention requirements.

User-Generated Material you have submitted to Communities may remain visible to those Communities after you delete your account, with your name and identifying details removed, so that Community conversations remain intact. We have no obligation to return any User-Generated Material you have submitted. If you want to retain copies of that User-Generated Material, you must do so before you delete your account.

If you are the Owner of a Community, you must transfer ownership to another member or close the Community before you can delete your account, so that the Community's members are not left without a leader.

b. Suspension or Termination of Your Account by WorkerSpring

WorkerSpring may suspend or terminate your account and/or your access to or use of Rippllle for any reason, with or without prior notice to you. In such a case, you must immediately cease accessing and using your account and/or Rippllle. If your account is banned, you may not create a new account, and WorkerSpring may retain the information necessary to enforce the ban as described in the Privacy Policy. WorkerSpring shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your account or any inability to access or use Rippllle. WorkerSpring has no obligation to archive or otherwise store any User-Generated Material upon suspension or termination of your account. Upon termination, we will handle your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. User-Generated Material

a. Nature of User-Generated Material

You may use Rippllle to create, post, upload, transmit, display, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise submit (collectively, "Submit") announcements, events, asks, offers, updates, comments, responses, messages, profile information, images, text, and other content and materials, and to respond to content provided by others (collectively, "User-Generated Material").

b. Acceptable Use

User-Generated Material you Submit to a Community is visible to that Community's audience, which may include the public for Public Communities. You must maintain a polite, pleasant, and respectful environment when you Submit User-Generated Material. User-Generated Material must be relevant to the Community and content type it is posted to. If you delete User-Generated Material that you have Submitted (where that option is available), you understand that it may remain in our archives and that users who have accessed that User-Generated Material may continue to have access to and use it. You agree to comply with the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy set forth in Section 6 when you Submit any User-Generated Material. You will not provide User-Generated Material that:

  • Contains vulgar, profane, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit language, epithets or slurs, text or images in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, sexual, racial, or religious nature, or expressions of bigotry, racism, discrimination, or hate;
  • Is defamatory, threatening, disparaging, inflammatory, false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, inaccurate, or unfair, contains gross exaggeration or unsubstantiated claims, violates the privacy rights or right of publicity of any third party, is harmful or offensive to any individual or community, contains any actionable statement, or tends to mislead or reflect unfairly on any other person, business, or entity;
  • Violates, contradicts, or breaks any rules, agreements, guidelines, or commitments established by the Community you joined on Rippllle;
  • Contains copyrighted content without the express permission of the copyright owner;
  • Discloses any personal information relating to or images of a minor without prior written consent of that minor's parent or legal guardian;
  • Contains any other person's private or confidential information without that person's permission;
  • Harms or is inappropriate for minors to view;
  • Includes links to websites, businesses, or service offerings that are irrelevant, misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms or the rules of the applicable Community; or
  • Is otherwise not in compliance with these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 6.

c. User Representations and Warranties

Each time you Submit User-Generated Material, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the owner of or have the express written permission from the copyright owner to Submit the User-Generated Material and (ii) your User-Generated Material will not violate these Terms or Applicable Laws.

d. License to User-Generated Material

By submitting User-Generated Material, you grant WorkerSpring a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, adapt, perform, publish, distribute, store, modify, or otherwise use your User-Generated Material in any manner or media, including for commercial purposes, without compensation or attribution to you. This license survives termination of your account or these Terms.

e. Review and Removal of Material

WorkerSpring and Organizers have no obligation to, but reserve the right to, monitor, review, screen, edit, or remove any User-Generated Material or any Community at any time and for any reason, including to ensure compliance with these Terms, Applicable Laws, or to protect the rights of others. We may also limit visibility of or access to certain User-Generated Material or Communities. Rippllle provides tools for members to report content and for Organizers to remove content within their Communities.

11. Communities and Organizers

a. Communities

Users may create and administer communities on Rippllle (each a "Community"). A Community may represent a church, small group, ministry, school, nonprofit, business, or any other lawful group. Communities may be Public or Private, may set their own join mode, may ask join questions, and may organize under a parent Community or link to other Communities where those features are available.

For purposes of these Terms, the individuals or entities that create, lead, or administer Communities, including their respective leadership, staff, officers, directors, Owners, Managers, moderators, and volunteers, are collectively referred to as "Organizers."

By creating a Community that represents an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on that organization's behalf.

b. Community Rules and Membership Criteria

Organizers may create Communities around shared interests, movements, causes, employment opportunities, faith-based initiatives, or any other lawful purpose. We expressly permit the sharing of services, links, resources, and promotional materials that are relevant to a Community's stated purpose.

Each Community may establish and display its own membership criteria and internal rules, provided those criteria and rules:

  • are consistent with these Terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 6) and Applicable Laws;
  • do not harass, defame, threaten, or infringe upon other Communities, causes, or individual users; and
  • are not used to promote illegal activity, violence, or discrimination prohibited by law.

Examples of permissible membership criteria include, without limitation, requiring adherence to specific religious doctrines or creeds, shared professional qualifications, geographic residency, or alignment with a particular social or political cause.

Organizers may reject membership requests or remove existing members who do not meet or who violate the Community's stated criteria. Organizer review of membership requests is based solely on the information submitted by applicants and does not constitute independent verification unless explicitly stated by that Organizer. WorkerSpring reserves the right, but not the obligation, to enforce or override such decisions if they violate these Terms or Applicable Laws. WorkerSpring does not itself endorse, adopt, or enforce any Community-specific doctrinal, ideological, or creedal requirements; any such requirements are established and enforced solely by the Organizers.

WorkerSpring may suspend, archive, or remove any Community (and remove all associated User-Generated Material) that, in our sole discretion, uses membership criteria or internal rules to engage in unlawful discrimination, harassment, or activities prohibited under Section 6 or elsewhere in these Terms.

You acknowledge that Organizers have the sole discretion to enforce their membership criteria and internal rules, and you agree to hold Organizers harmless for any decisions regarding membership, the rejection of requests, or the removal of members or User-Generated Material.

c. Organizer Responsibilities

If you are an Organizer, you agree to: (i) use member information available to you, including join question answers and member reports, only for the purposes of operating your Community and serving its members; (ii) not export, sell, or share member information with third parties without those members' consent; (iii) honor members' requests to leave your Community; and (iv) comply with Applicable Laws, including anti-spam laws, when communicating with members through Rippllle.

12. Events and Registration

Communities may publish events on Rippllle, including events that accept registration ("Registration Events"). When you register for a Registration Event, you agree to the host Community's stated terms for that event. Registration may require approval by the host Community and may be limited by capacity.

WorkerSpring is not the organizer of any event and is not responsible for the event's occurrence, quality, safety, cancellation, or rescheduling. Host Communities are solely responsible for their events. If a host Community cancels an event or loses the plan that supports it, registrations for that event will be cancelled and registrants will be notified. WorkerSpring is not responsible for any costs you incur in connection with an event, including travel or third-party ticket purchases.

13. Paid Plans and Billing

a. Plans

Rippllle offers a free plan and paid plans for Communities. Paid plans unlock additional capabilities as described on Rippllle at the time of purchase. Plan features, pricing, and limits may change; changes will be communicated in advance and will apply at your next billing period unless otherwise stated.

b. Payment

Paid plans are purchased by a Community's Owner on behalf of the Community. By upgrading a Community, you represent that you are authorized to incur charges on the Community's behalf and you agree to pay all fees associated with the selected plan and interval, plus any usage-based fees disclosed at the time of purchase (for example, per-registrant fees for Registration Events). Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, and your use of the payment processor is subject to its terms. WorkerSpring does not store full payment card numbers.

c. Trials, Renewal, and Cancellation

We may offer a free trial for a paid plan. A trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless the Community downgrades before then. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval unless cancelled. You may downgrade a Community at any time from within Rippllle; the downgrade takes effect as described in the confirmation shown at the time, and features that depend on the paid plan (including Registration Events) will be cancelled or disabled. Downgrading does not delete the Community's members, posts, or records.

d. Nonpayment

If payment fails or an invoice goes unpaid, we will attempt to contact the Community's Owner. If payment is not received, WorkerSpring may suspend paid features, suspend event registration, and ultimately revoke the Community's paid plan. Fees for usage that already occurred remain owed.

e. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments are at WorkerSpring's sole discretion. To request a billing review, contact support@workerspring.com.

f. Taxes

Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which we may add to your invoice where required.

14. Platform Role; Organizer Role; No Endorsement; No Agency

a. The Connection Point

Rippllle provides a technology platform for Communities to connect their members to one another and to opportunities, services, and events. All job opportunities, services, agreements, and financial arrangements, whether paid or free, are made directly between participants. WorkerSpring and Organizers are not parties to any such transactions, agreements, or arrangements.

b. No Screening or Endorsement

While WorkerSpring and Organizers may review membership requests or verify users (the "Screening"), such Screening is based solely on information provided by the applicant and does not constitute an independent audit, a comprehensive background check, or an endorsement of character. You acknowledge that WorkerSpring and Organizers do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information or the safety, reliability, or professional fitness of any participant. Membership in a Community, or any "screened" or "verified" status on Rippllle, is not a warranty of conduct. Participants are strictly and solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, interviews, and vetting before entering into any agreement, arrangement, or transaction, including responding to an Ask or Offer.

c. Organizer Rights and Rules

Organizers have the right to establish their own membership criteria and internal rules. Organizers may, in their sole discretion, reject or remove any member who does not meet these criteria. You agree that Organizers shall have no liability for such decisions.

d. No Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, employment, or representative relationship between WorkerSpring, any Organizer, and any participant. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkerSpring and Organizers disclaim all liability arising from or related to interactions, disputes, or transactions between participants.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Rippllle may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or resources (for example, Google Sign-In, map and place providers, calendar services, and payment processors). These are provided for convenience only. WorkerSpring does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. You access such third-party services at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms, not these Terms.

16. Children's Privacy

Rippllle is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly, as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimers

RIPPLLLE, THE CONTENT, AND THE USER-GENERATED MATERIAL ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WORKERSPRING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT RIPPLLLE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF RIPPLLLE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKERSPRING AND ORGANIZERS (INCLUDING THEIR LEADERSHIP, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE RIPPLLLE;

(B) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR USER ON RIPPLLLE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS;

(C) ANY EVENT PUBLISHED OR HOSTED ON RIPPLLLE, INCLUDING ITS CANCELLATION; OR

(D) ANY DISPUTE, TRANSACTION, ENGAGEMENT, OR AGREEMENT ARISING FROM A CONNECTION, ASK, OFFER, JOB OPPORTUNITY, OR SERVICE LISTING MADE THROUGH RIPPLLLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF WORKERSPRING AND THE ORGANIZERS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR RIPPLLLE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WORKERSPRING FOR RIPPLLLE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU, WORKERSPRING, AND THE ORGANIZERS, AND APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, EVEN IF THE REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkerSpring, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as any Community hosted on Rippllle and its respective leadership, Organizers, staff, and volunteers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

(a) Your access to or use of Rippllle;

(b) Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;

(c) Your User-Generated Material;

(d) Your operation of a Community or an event, if you are an Organizer;

(e) Your interactions, agreements, financial arrangements (paid or free), or disputes with any other user or third party;

(f) Your failure to perform due diligence before entering into a transaction or agreement with another participant; or

(g) Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of Rippllle.

20. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Rippllle shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Cary, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitrator shall award attorneys' fees to the prevailing party.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

22. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan terms presented to you at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkerSpring regarding Rippllle. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. WorkerSpring may assign these Terms; you may not.
